Also called Sand jointweed and Coast jointweed. Up to 20 inches in height.

Many flowers on raceme. 1/8 inch across. 5 tepals. Pink to white.

Stem jointed or segmented.

Leaves very narrow and alternate. fall off early. Plant spindly looking.

Sandy habitats, disturbed places. 

Found in sandy wash on edge of two track, State land north of Pretty Lake, Mecosta County, Michigan  9059, 9057, 9028
