Also called Ghost Pipe.  4-8 inches tall.

Flower white to pale lavender. Tubular with flaring tip. Five lobes. Yellow in throat. 3/4 to 1 inch long.

No green leaves. Parasitic.

Located in woods and thickets. Broom-rape family.

These found roadside, at edge of woods. Northland Dr. and Muskegon River. Mecosta County.  NW of bridge.
