Also called Yellow Salsify. Non-native. Biennial. Height 1-3 feet.
Single flower at top of plant. Up to 2 inches across. Bract longer than petals.
Leave are grass like, clasp stem.
Stem thickens beneath flower. Milky sap. Seed head is similar to dandelion's but larger.
