Common Name: Purple Bladderwort
Scientic Name: Utricularia purpurea
Colors: Red
Months Appearing: July

Lavender flowers on a naked stalk coming out of the water. Leaves are filamentous with small bladders  beneath the water or in the mud.

All other bladderworts are yellow.

Flower about 1/2 inch in diameter. Height 2-6 inches.

Loda Lake. At edge of lake.
